Media Launch respects your privacy. This policy summarizes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, begin checkout, or become a client, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business, email, phone, and the details you share during onboarding.

AI Voice Agents — calls, recordings & transcripts

If you use our AI Voice Agents service, calls handled by your agent may be recorded and transcribed so we can run, tune, and support the agent. This can include caller phone numbers, the content of the call, and any information a caller provides (for example, a name or a request to book an appointment).

We use this data to operate and improve your agent, route or transfer calls, capture and forward requests, and provide call summaries. Recordings, transcripts, and call logs are retained for 90 days by default, and then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law. You can request earlier deletion, or a copy of your call data, by emailing us at hello@themedialaunch.com.

Calls placed through your voice agent may also be processed by the third-party providers that power the service (for example, telephony and speech providers). We share only the data needed for them to provide the service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Where required, we notify callers that calls are recorded or handled by an AI agent, and we honor applicable regional consent rules.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, process payments through Stripe, and communicate with you about your engagement.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe does.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe for payments, our email provider for messages, and telephony and speech providers for AI Voice Agents. They receive only the data needed to perform their function.

Retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.
