Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Media Launch ("Media Launch," "we," or "us"). By purchasing a plan, starting a checkout, or working with us, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The engagement plan

Media Launch offers one core commercial plan: the Launch Sprint. It is a single six-month engagement made up of two phases.

Months 1–3 — research and foundation. Business, competitor and market analysis, search and AI-search visibility baselines, analytics and attribution review, technical search foundation, the SEO / GEO / AEO strategy, a content opportunity map and a conversion review.

Months 4–6 — implementation. Execution of the strategy, content production and publishing, website, conversion and authority improvements, competitive monitoring, monthly reporting and strategy adjustments.

Launch Sprint — $2,100/month for six months ($12,600 total), billed monthly. The engagement carries a six-month commitment and ends after the sixth monthly payment. It does not renew automatically. A Client may start another six-month Launch Sprint at the end of the term. Prices are stated in US dollars. Media Launch may change prices for new clients in the future; changes do not alter the price of an engagement already in progress under these Terms.

3. What the plans include

Each plan includes the work, strategy, implementation and measurement defined in the engagement and growth roadmap, as described in Section 2. Anything beyond that scope — including but not limited to additional locations, additional brands, high-volume content, advanced video production, paid advertising management, advanced CRM automation, custom software or integrations, large-scale website development, digital PR campaigns, and special campaigns — is an Expansion Module and is not included in the monthly fee unless separately agreed in writing.

Every Launch Sprint is configured around your market, customers and competition. Scope and priorities are determined by your engagement plan and growth roadmap. Media Launch does not promise unlimited content, unlimited revisions, unlimited scope, daily updates, or constant availability.

4. Expansion Modules and add-ons

Expansion Modules are optional, scoped, and quoted separately. They are added to an engagement only when agreed in writing and may carry their own setup fees and recurring charges. For example, AI Voice Agents are offered as a priced add-on at a $2,000 one-time setup fee plus $100 per month when added to a Launch Sprint. The voice subscription runs alongside the six-month Launch Sprint and ends when it ends; to keep voice afterwards, add it to your next Launch Sprint or purchase the standalone plan. AI Voice Agents may also be purchased standalone (without a Media Launch plan) at a $2,000 one-time setup fee plus $500 per month on a six-month commitment; the standalone plan auto-terminates after six months unless renewed or converted to month-to-month before it ends. Any add-on or standalone purchase is governed by these Terms unless a separate written agreement applies.

Both the add-on and the standalone plan include 500 AI voice minutes per month. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at $0.30 per minute via Stripe metered billing, rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next billing period.

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a checkout you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the full amount of the chosen plan.

The Launch Sprint bills monthly in advance at $2,100 per month. The engagement consists of exactly six monthly payments ($12,600 total) and ends automatically after the sixth payment; no further charges occur unless you start another Launch Sprint.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by platform error will be corrected upon notice.

6. Cancellation

The Launch Sprint is a six-month commitment and cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund of work already performed.

The engagement ends automatically after the sixth monthly payment; no separate cancellation notice is required for it to end. Renewal is optional and never automatic.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

No credible growth company can guarantee how Google, AI platforms, customers or competitors will behave. Media Launch does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, return on investment, or any particular outcome from search engines, AI discovery, or any third-party platform.

Media Launch guarantees the work, strategy, implementation and measurement defined in the engagement. Any modeled, projected, or hypothetical financial scenario is illustrative only and is not a promise or representation of future results. Case studies and examples that are not verified historical outcomes are labeled as illustrative.

8. Client responsibilities

Media Launch's ability to perform depends on timely client participation. You agree to provide reasonable access, approvals, information, and assets needed for the engagement, including analytics access, website access where relevant, and timely review of deliverables. Delays caused by the client may shift timelines and are not grounds for refund.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any content, assets, and brand materials you provide to Media Launch, and that your use of the services complies with applicable law.

9. Third-party platforms

Media Launch has no control over Google, AI search engines, social platforms, advertising networks, review sites, or any other third-party service. Their policies, algorithms, availability, and behavior can change at any time and without notice. Media Launch is not responsible for the actions or decisions of any third-party platform.

10. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you under the engagement, excluding Media Launch's pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools, which remain our property. You grant Media Launch a license to use your name, logo, and non-confidential results for case studies and marketing, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to perform under the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Launch's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the engagement is limited to the amount you paid Media Launch for the engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

In no event is Media Launch liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Media Launch harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Term and termination

These Terms apply for the duration of the engagement and continue to apply to any amounts owed or obligations surviving the end of the engagement. Media Launch may terminate an engagement immediately for non-payment, fraud, or material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice.

15. Changes to these terms

Media Launch may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Changes do not retroactively alter the price or core scope of an engagement already in progress.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Media Launch operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
